This March, Kelp sushi Joint had the honnor of catering Bret & Roni's beautiful Tampa wedding at the Bella Prana Yoga Studio. The couple chose a cocktail hour hors d'oeuvre selection followed by a buffet style dinner with sushi chef on-site for their 140 guests.

The initial consultation with the bride and groom was a few months before the event. We went over some of the details like date, location and number of guests. A few weeks later they were provided with a quote followed by a sit down dinner where they got to choose their favourite rolls for the event.
